Healing in Community at Avalon
“Somehow we’ve come to equate success with not needing anyone.
It’s as if we’ve divided the world into “those who offer help” and “those who need help.”
The truth is that we are both.”
You are not alone.

Avalon’s Virtual DBT-Informed Skills Group is a small group experience where members learn the skills needed to navigate and move through intense or painful emotions effectively.
DBT skills alleviate the need to turn to coping behaviors, such as self-harm, that may provide temporary relief, but no effective solution.
DBT skills can benefit anyone who wants to feel competent in managing their feelings and making strong decisions for themselves.
The Virtual DBT-Informed Skills Group will take place over 3 modules:
Module 1 – Interpersonal Effectiveness
September 3 – October 15
7 Weeks- Cost: $210
Module 2 – Emotion Regulation
