Is this cookbook helpful to parents who are bottle feeding breast/chest milk or formula?

Yes! I believe that “fed is best.” There is no one right way to feed a baby and there are many different circumstances that families face when it comes to feeding, so, no finger-pointing here! I take a holistic view and encourage parents to consider not just the type of food that a baby is given, but also how is it working for baby and parent? If the type of feeding is causing stress, it’s not healthy. I support what works.


Is this cookbook appropriate for gender-non-conforming families and LGBTQ+ families?

Yes! This cookbook is for everyone. I hope everyone will feel seen in the images and language. Please let me know if you see something that feels exclusionary!
